This iconic apartment complex in Lane Cove spans over five buildings - each of which being seven or eight stories - and 273 apartments across the entire campus.

 

We worked closely with the developer to determine the exact requirements and scope. Not only was our work completed on-time and under-budget, we went over and above to ensure our client was satisfied with our work.

This apartment complex in Hurstville has 16 floors, a total of 239 apartments and 2 retail tenancies over two towers.

This landmark building in Condell Park serves hundreds of locals and provides a number of services to the community. Our work involved a phase 2 piece of work to standardise and streamline the existing infrastructure.

Our technical breadth allowed to integrate a number of systems and services which drastically improved day-to-day business-as-usual functions. Some of the work we completed included:

• Structured cabling design and implementation (Copper and Fibre)

• Electrical upgrades including new sub-boards and remediation works

• Installation of new inter-riser tray and penetration work

• Design and implementation of IT network including firewall segmented zones, corporate and guest wireless networks (Cisco/Ruckes Wireless/Sophos) with 10Gb/s backplane

• Integration of access control, CCTV and building automation (Dynalite) into a single system

• Installation and cabling of Data Centre racks and installation of resilient power and ATS devices

This apartment complex in the heart of Lidcombe boasts 16 retail tenancies over two street frontages and a total of 141 apartments with four levels of secure parking.

 

Fit and finish was a primary concern for the developer and extra care was taken to ensure the retail tenancies had the right power and metering.

Hayat House provides a number of drug and alcohol counselling services to the community and approached us to fit out their new premises in Bankstown.

 

The remit was easy, a complete office fit out for minimal cost and with minimal fuss. Sounds like a job for ClickDONE.

Our first large project consisting of a total of 102 apartments and 8 floors with two basement levels.

Our drive to succeed led to this project being the stepping stone for many other like projects. Our quality, efficiency and attention to detail resulted in a stream of work that we still ride today.
